EAT WELL FEEL GOOD is a compilation of healthy recipes that follow the simple premise of eating real foods. This is not a traditional cookbook. You won’t find flour, sugar, grains or dairy in any of the recipes. Why? Because the book follows the theory of Paleo eating to support good overall health with the focus of improved digestion and balanced Insulin levels. The recipes were inspired primarily from eating a Paleo diet; and while you may find an ingredient or two, like wine and vinegar, which causes you to say “that’s not Paleo!” Relax. These recipes are designed to taste great while helping you stick to a Paleo Lifestyle. Expand your comfort zone in the kitchen; you’ll probably be surprised at all the easy cooking methods and mouth- watering flavor combinations.
My personal theory; don’t take cooking so seriously! Approach each recipe as a “starting place” then add, omit, adjust, change, tweak and create the meal you want! That’s what makes cooking fun.
